I’m a human first; lover of corny jokes & sarcasm, curious learner, dog mum, Type 1 Diabetic, not an early riser, definite coffee drinker, chocolate nibbler, & music enthusiast.
I’m also a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist & Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist. My passion lies in helping people feel at home in their bodies, equipping them with the tools & knowledge they need, & walking alongside them with support as they navigate their health & wellness.
My own healing crisis came at 26, when I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Suddenly, I had to learn how to manage a condition that never takes a break; and with it, my entire way of living had to change. From this moment on, I became deeply committed to understanding my body and what it truly needed.
I soon realised that conventional medicine could only take me so far. It kept me alive (and still does!), but it couldn’t teach me how to eat for vitality, how to move my body in ways that created freedom, or how to find joy & acceptance despite constant challenges. Conventional medicine offered survival, but I wanted to thrive.
Since then, I’ve navigated mental health challenges, been diagnosed with (& later reversed) PCOS, & discovered ways of managing diabetes that not only fit my lifestyle but also give me a sense of freedom. Freedom from feeling defined or limited by a chronic condition.
This freedom has enabled me to travel overseas, study a degree, trek mountains in knee deep snow, show up for my life and loved ones, & support others to do the same. I believe that with the right support & resources, anyone can create lasting change & live a life of vitality.

As a perpetual learner, I've studied many things, both formally and informally. Here's the formal stuff:
